At Christmas, I was with all the desire to make this appetizer and as I had some salmon oil to marinate, I used to make and are spectacularly delicious. I've copied from a magazine of Thermomix and of course the back do lunch or dinner, because they are great. Provadlos, are a delight.
black Caviar
For the mass of the blinis:
200 ml.
milk 30 gr. softened butter 1 egg
140 gr.
flour 1 tablespoon baking powder rasa
1. They lie all the dough ingredients in the bowl of the Thermomix, are scheduled 30 seconds at speed 4.
2. Download the dough with a spatula and repeat the operation for 15 seconds at speed 4.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 20 minutes or so. The dough can be stored in the refrigerator overnight.
4. Be making small circles with a diameter of between 6 and 8 inches maximum in a nonstick skillet and brush with butter over medium heat. Turn as in the case of crepes.
5. Once you are doing, be dealing in dish and cover with a spoonful of creme fraiche, a piece of salmon and a little black caviar, for garnish, serve warm or cold.
Note: to make blinis hoops I used dish and have been perfectly round and very cute.
