Ham and cheese puffs zucchini risotto


RECIPE

Ingredients 2 sheets of puff pastry
4 slices of ham

200 of soft cheese 100 g grated Parmesan cheese 1 egg yolk


Preparation Extending pastry sheets to form 8 rectangles. Put about half of them a slice of ham, leaving a little space around, and placed on the soft cheese cut into small cubes.
Moisten the edges with a little water. Then cover with the rest of the rectangles, pressing lightly so they are well sealed and then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Cut remaining pastry to form a lattice on the rectangles. Paint well with the lightly beaten egg yolk.
Bake the pastries in the preheated oven until golden and crisp.
