RECIPE Ingredients
6 eggs 50 g
canned peas 1 red pepper 2 green peppers

Preparation
Clean and chop onions. Wash peppers, cleaned and cut into squares. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Heat plenty of oil in a pan, add all vegetables and fry over low heat about 15 minutes until tender. Remove the vegetables
of the pan with a slotted spoon and place in a colander, placed over a bowl to drain the oil. Add the peas, season and stir well.
Beat eggs with salt and add the vegetables. Heat a pan with a few drops of oil, add the mixture to curdle the tortilla on one side. Turn over with a plate and coagulated by the other.
